The use of GAHN (งาน) to make verbal nouns
GAHN (งาน) meaning "work" is used to form verbal nouns that relate to some form of activity. In the first two cases below "listening" and "help".
GAHN is sometimes placed before a noun to indicate a place where a certain kind of activity is carried out. The first two items below are examples.
